Senior Pastor – Patricia Owyang
Rev Patricia Owyang serves as the Senior Pastor of Good Gifts City Church, leading with a deep conviction that the Church is called not only to proclaim truth, but to form people into Christlikeness.
A pedagogist-pastor, Rev Patricia brings a formation-centred approach to ministry. She believes spiritual growth happens through intentional discipleship, lived faith, and environments where people are nurtured, healed, and shaped over time. Her leadership is marked by prophetic depth, pastoral sensitivity, and a strong emphasis on spiritual maturity.
In addition to her pastoral calling, Rev Patricia has been a successful entrepreneur, having built profitable and sustainable systems in the marketplace. This experience shapes her leadership with clarity, strategic thinking, and operational wisdom. She carries a rare ability to integrate spiritual discernment with practical execution, helping the church steward vision with excellence, integrity, and long-term sustainability.
Rev Patricia teaches and leads with a pedagogy of presence – understanding that who a pastor is matters as much as what a pastor says. Through preaching, worship, community life, and mission, she cultivates a church culture where faith is practiced daily, identities are restored in Christ, and people grow steadily in grace and truth.
Under her leadership, Good Gifts City Church functions as a discipleship community – committed to loving God, serving people, building authentic community, and blessing the nations. Her heart is to see believers rooted in Christ, equipped for life, and released into their God-given purposes.
Rev Patricia’s calling is simple yet profound: to shepherd God’s people with wisdom, form them with intention, and lead them into wholeness and destiny in Christ.

Pastor Kristy Lim – 林美琪牧师
Pastor Kristy Lim is the Pastor of the Chinese congregation at Good Gifts City Church.
At the age of 16, a couple of years after the passing of her parents in a tragic accident, she was invited to a church by her classmate for the first time. Since encountering the goodness of God and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, she has grown to have a passion to see others experience the same as well. Her desire is that through knowing Jesus, everyone will be able to enjoy life to the fullness of God’s plan, and they will shine brightly for Him!
Ps Kristy also assumes the role of Data Protection Officer in Good Gifts City Church. She enjoys reading, walking, cycling, listening to music, playing musical instruments, and baking in her leisure time. She is also a hands-on person with a knack for technology and gadgets.
